The Practice

The practice is conveniently located between Middletown and Stephens City just off Route 11 at 203 Salem Church Road.

From Stephens City and north:

Take exit 307 off Interstate 81. Turn South on Route 11. Travel 1.8 miles south on Route 11 past the “drive-in” movie theater. Turn left onto Salem Church Road. The practice will be the first and only building on the left. It looks like a comfortable ranch house.

From Middletown and south:

Take exit 302 off Interstate 81. Turn North on Route 11. Travel 3 miles north on Route 11 past the “truck scales/weigh station”. Turn right onto Salem Church Road. The practice will be the first and only building on the left. It looks like a comfortable ranch house.
